On Sunday, Alpöhi, Heidi's grandfather, is in his alpine hut. He is a master at working with wood like no other. He makes benches, splits shingles for the roof from tree trunks, and happily carves an edelweiss for Heidi as well as for you. Watch him at work; he looks forward to your visit.
